Mr. Paul Li is a senior fintech expert with extensive banking and fintech experience in traditional banks, fintechs and large tech companies, especially in cross-border payments, digital money and Web 3. He is the founder and Chairman of the Hong Kong Fintech Industry Association, and has been actively promoting the development of industry standards and regulations, and is committed to promoting Hong Kong as a global center of fintech innovation, and fostering cooperation between fintech and traditional financial industries.
