Organized by the Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council (HKITJC) and funded by The Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund (TSF) ,the seminar on “Innovative Applications of Metaverse and Virtual Reality Technologies in Marketing and Customer Experience” was held in the afternoon of 12 February 2025.
Mr. Sam HUI, Convener of WebX industrial Alliance, was invited as a guest speaker to explain how meta-universe and virtual reality technologies can help enterprises to create immersive experiences, enhance customer engagement and brand influence.
Ms. Michelle Leung, Head of ZOOM North Asia, shared how to apply AI in the workplace to improve efficiency and save costs; and Mr. Eugene Mak, CEO of SCAN THE WORLD, shared how to bridge the gap between physical and digital retail.
