Organized by the Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council (HKITJC)  and funded by The Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund (TSF) ,the seminar on “”Application of Artificial Intelligence in Business Process Optimization” was held in the afternoon of 14 April 2025.

The seminar invited Mr. Edmond Lai Shiao-bun, Chief Digital Officer of Hong Kong Productivity Council, as the guest speaker to explain the application cases of AI technology in automated processing, intelligent customer service and customer care.

As well, Dr. David Chung, Trio AI Chief Executive Officer, shared market information on AI, and Ms. Tina Wei, representative of GoGBA Hong Kong Business Service Station (Futian), shared the new opportunities in the development of the AI industry.
